Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service and must be paid before rebooking.
- Changes within 48 hours are considered late cancellations and will be charged 50% of the service.
Although I sympathize with family emergencies, I cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and charged 50% of the service, per the late cancellation policy.
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your lash time
First-Time Clients
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book your first appointment. This helps prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Foreign Fills
If you currently have extensions from another artist:
- A consultation will be done at the beginning of your appointment.
- If the lashes are unsafe or poorly applied, a removal + new full set will be needed to prevent damage to your natural eyelashes
- If less than 40% of your previous extensions remain, it is considered a full set
Child Policy
For safety and insurance purposes, no children are permitted in the studio.
If you arrive with children, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and charged as a same-day cancellation (100%).
Payments
I accept Venmo, cash, or credit card (3% card fee).
Payment is due at the end of your appointment before leaving.
